What’s the best approach to handle the situation I am in - I have a peer in another team and we both need to be aligned in order to deliver this project. But I always see him trying to take the limelight in meetings. I don’t want the impression to be created that he is contributing more to the project. Truth is both our roles and contribution is equally important.
