Hey guys - One of my friends(Female) worked in Krishna CAD centre in Pune city last year until August'18 for 6 months approx and had to leave for being harassed surprising by a lady in that centre senior to her. That lady sexually harassed her after which when she lodged a complaint to the boss turned out to fire my friend as the boss turned out to be in lady's close relations. Its been a year now that my friend is married and starting to look for a job again as a fresher. She doesn't have an experience letter from that company in hand to give a boost and is not feeling confident anymore to face the industry. She is a mechanical engineer and I am insisting her to get her hardly earned experience letter in the hand as she gave her precious hours to the company while she joined as a fresher to support her family back then. The said company states to my friend that she didn't complete a year in their company and hence they can't present to her the experience letter which sounds stupid to me. I am all set to charge and get hold of those jerks to simply give out the letter to help my friend getting a good job with a pay-scale that an 'experienced' person should get no matter how many months experience she hold. I wanted to ask you people out for an opinion -- 1) Do you people think that the said company shouldn't give experience letter with their stated reason? 2) What good actions can we take to pull out the experience letter from those jerks?
