Low professionalism leading to abuse of flexible work hours
I have seen that if the company has the option to work from home or flexibility around work hours then most people end up abusing it. It is really true for men. I have noticed in my team that the women can still use the flexibility to manage home/kids and still do the required work. But they guys totally exploit the system. What is it about guys that they can't work properly unless they are being monitored in office?
