I sent a feedback mail to one of my employees and she started to cry
I was not rude or anything I think but I had mentioned that she can do better and that the presentation she gave was not very up to the mark. I gave her a few pointers on how to improve but then when I approached her about the mail and if she got it, she began to cry. I didn't know what to do. Now I don't know how to give her feedback .
