How to tackle a notice period of 3 month, even at junior position?
I am planning an exit , i found out my notice period is 3 months, being from india , no company is willing to hire someone with that long notice period, as well as giving the volatility of the market, it's very difficult to negotiate when quit before you get a job, lastly I do not want to use buy back option. Thus absconding is the only way remaining! please advise!
