do anyone feels that that mass hiring affects the company's healthy work environment and ethics?
companies like Accenture, Cognizant basically hires in hundreds in single day.
sometimes I feel like few people aren't working on the roles they are hired for.
Rather they play internal politics, fully work on improving their personal name brand,
ease their manager/supervisor's work so that they can push their own work to others (ignorant/tolerant guys).
I don't know is this how every company works ?
or am I judging too quickly with experience from Accenture and CTS?
the number of people mentioned above are very few, but the problem is that, they make other people to lose the hope and jump to other organizations.
