Should there be reservation for women for promotions?
If companies really want to increase the number of women employees in middle to senior levels then they should look at some reservation for women during the promotion cycle. Women are often overlooked for promotions because they have taken a break for maternity, are not as aggressive as men or can't blow their own trumpet as much. This is needed to ensure enough women reach a decision making level in companies
