The Indian workers should unite and file a case against any company having a 3 month notice period. There is no handover that can not be done in 2-4 weeks. Globally notice period are 2 weeks. Why would we allow Indian companies to hold us hostage for so long? In the end they also lose out when they have to hire talent. If everyone moves to a 1 month notice period then it could be a win win for all parties. Is there a way we can band together and ask for this
