After working for a decade in different, what I have realized is that organization and employer don't give the respect to the employee what they deserve. Moreover, the organization treats its employee as a commodity which they can get rid off anytime. On the other hand, the employee makes the job as a central part of his/ her life as they tell who we are and how we perceive our self when we get respected in a professional setting, it gives us a signal of social worth. Isn't the time when we demand the respect from our employer and organization? or the state of affairs will remain the same?
