Redeployment Policy, wow!
After spending so many years & moved lots of my people through redeployment, I was in the impression that this is a company policy. But when asked HR about the documented policy....I was surprised with the response, there is no policy around this but guidelines which is also just over the emails, I’m trying to decipher if HR are taking illegal actions by pushing individual through redeployment letter & even forced to resign if unsuccessful deployment in given timelines of 2 months & 1 month extensions. Looking for expert comments & suggestions here...
