Hi folks. Wanted a sense on Ola company culture at senior levels and in general. And what (max of course) salary can one negotiate for if joining at Director / Senior Director level. Is salary fixed or F+V.. Is Variable paid out 100% or not. What could be ESOP negotiated and at what valuation? Any cues would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
