Ola customer service

Ola being a big brand has a lot of expectation from their customer but are they successful in meeting their customer expectation? The answer is certainly NO!!
So just in a span of 2 weeks I registered complain against their driver in customer care. Reason being first they dropped me to a location before my drop location, the second I was scammed by ola driver who deleted my account, wiped the data away and use all my ola money.
I requested them for proper actions regarding their drivers but no considerable action has been taken except the phone call where they say we understand your situation but cannot help even when someone takes away your data. For more than 3 years I have used Ola but not the very first time I have met disappointment. Their surge pricing, drivers, scams have left me with no option than to delete the app permanently as I cannot wait for another bad experience. Greatest issue is the process is never partial. What happens with your complain is what u never get to know. Also no customer satisfaction.

The reason for this post is not to tarnish image of Ola but its a wake up call to start treating their customer grievances with more sincerity
