my manager is biased. He has been supporting one of the team members blindly. Other members in the team have been working hard but still this one person gets all the appreciation. Me and my team members have been thinking of reporting this to our manager's manager. We are not sure if directly going to our manager's manager will back fire. Have others faced a similar situation. Any advice on how to handle this situation?
