Increased work pressure on existing employees after layoffs
Ever since the layoffs, the workload for the remaining employees is becoming more and more hectic. now we have work that eats up most of the weekend and also the new team lead keeps calling after hours. Is this is an acceptable thing or should I stand up to my lead regarding this?
