I have an introvert in my team — How to handle this?
She barely talks but is very productive. Any task I give her, she finishes before time and actually very well too. But, the minute I tell her she has to present something to the entire team, she freaks out crazy. She doesn't want to give presentations and public speaking is a big no for her. As a manager, how do I deal with this? I don't want to make her uncomfortable but giving presentations is important so what do I do?
