Help wanted. Advice welcome.

Having outstanding DRs is a dream come true for any manager. However I find myself in a situation where my DR now completely ignores me and interacts directly with my manager and his peer group.

My manager also wants to keep interaction alive with this DR despite my assertion that such a situation is making it difficult for me to maintain a working relationship.

Should I be worried?
