i have had my share of horrible team mates and unbearable managers and as always they always bring down your productivity just by existing in the office. but these past few day , i have tried this new thing to avoid all this negativity in my work life,. everyday morning i go out for an hour for any type of physical activity, somehow this little change has changed the way i react to my circumstances., my horrible colleagues are as shitty as ever but this has somehow changed the way it used to impact my work .. maybe it can help you guys too…
