Does the glass ceiling exist in Corporate India?
Just looking to hear views from others. There was a heated debate yesterday in office and most agreed that it does exists in India. However, I feel in tech companies it does not exist. I can’t say about other sectors.
Whatever hurdle we face is mostly because of priorities in life that we have chosen from. As women we don’t need to adapt to men’s style of working but bring out the innate qualities that we posses.
