What's the worst thing a company can do with an employee if he sort of messes up at the time of leaving. For eg, doesn't work in the notice period or doesn't attend it, or he/she gets into a heated argument with the higher authority of the company. What all those higher authorities like cto or director can do with that employee.
I heard something as blacklisting in nasscom etc. Is it true? What's its impact on the employee career. Please comment with real illustrations if possible
